As Mima films the scence in which her character is raped she finds this a little bit traumatic herself and then begins to find it difficult to differentiate between the life of her character and her own real life.

All the people that have helped tarnish Mima's reputation soon start to get murdered, including a photographer who took naked photo's of her. Mima finds bloddy clothes in her wardrobe and has nightmares of her stabbing people who she works with and she begins to think that she is the serial killer. Mima is seeing someone who is calling herself the real 'Mima' and see's her everywhere trying to become the pop idol that Mima once was.

At the end the audience learns that it is infact Rumi posing as the 'Real Mima' and trys to kill Mima so that she can become the pop idol Mima again, towards the end of the film we then see Rumi in a mental hospital still believing that she is the 'Real Mima'.
